Dan Morosani

Dan is Chief Technology Officer of RE-VOLT, a startup that sells internet-connected single-home solar energy systems to households in the developing world. Previously, Dan worked in business development at Oscar Health and Palantir, and before that was an investment banking associate at Goldman Sachs in the Global Natural Resources group. 

Dan was born and raised in New York City, and also spent much of his childhood on his grandparents' cattle farm in rural Connecticut. As a freshman at Middlebury College, Dan joined the Marine Corps in the fall of 2001. After graduating with degrees in International Politics/Economics and Russian in 2005, he served for four years as an intelligence officer, deploying to Iraq. 

At CBS, Dan was co-chair of the Military in Business Association and received the Heffernan Memorial Award for Service upon graduation for his involvement in the effort to bring ROTC back to Columbia's campus.
