TAYLOR VITUNIC

Taylor is a first-year MBA candidate at Columbia Business School and a Feldberg Fellow. At Columbia, he hopes to learn more about how to build high-performing organizations, commercialize new technologies, and effectively drive innovation.

Prior to business school, Taylor was a Senior Product Manager at Regal Rexnord, where he led product management and marketing for a line of electric motors for residential HVAC systems. He worked on new product developments, leading customer engagement and defining commercial scope and design tradeoffs. Additionally, he supported a variety of business issues from inventory management to long-term portfolio planning.

Previously he was at Emerson Electric, an industrial conglomerate. He worked across a variety of roles, locations, and businesses – from platform strategic planning in Singapore to fluid-control product marketing in New Jersey. While at Emerson he worked on growth strategy, organizational design, product portfolio management, developed market and customer insights, and led new product developments.

Taylor graduated from Washington University in St. Louis with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and a second major in Economics and Strategy. In his free time, he enjoys playing pickup frisbee, reading about a wide variety of topics, and traveling and experiencing different cultures.
