Ed is currently the CFO of Social Bicycles, a start-up company based in Brooklyn, NY that designs bicycles and street infrastructure for municipal and collegiate bike share programs, including the Santa Monica Breeze, Portland Biketown, and UVA UBike programs. Ed previously worked in private equity as an Associate at mid-market growth equity fund Parthenon Capital Partners, where he was active in evaluating and executing new transactions, including several investments in the healthcare technology space. Prior to Parthenon, Ed worked as a management consultant in Oliver Wyman’s aerospace group, where he worked with a global base of commercial aviation clients on strategy initiatives. Ed graduated with honors from Harvard College with an A.B. in Computer Science and received an M.B.A. with honors from Columbia Business School.
