Katie Durham

Katie is the Co-founder and CEO of Supra Elemental Recovery, Inc. (Supra), a technology startup developing a proprietary platform to unlock an abundant, domestic supply of critical minerals.

Prior to Supra, Katie spent over a decade helping energy startups go to market and scale. She was a Partner at Climate Capital and a Vice President at Antenna Group, a marketing firm where she oversaw a multi-million dollar energy client portfolio. She also held in-house roles at leading clean energy startups, including Mosaic and Dandelion. At Dandelion, she was the first employee and helped launch the company out of Google X.

Katie co-founded Supra while at Columbia Business School, where she was a Feldberg Fellow and Forte Fellow. She graduated magna cum laude from Vanderbilt University, where she was an Ingram Scholar and a Udall Scholar.

Katie is originally from Brookline, MA and is based in New York City with her husband and two daughters.
