Jigar S. Shah

Jigar S. Shah is a Vice President at Comvest Partners, a middle market private equity firm, where he focuses on improving the operational performance of portfolio companies. Prior to Comvest, Jigar was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company where he specialized in advising clients on corporate finance related matters (e.g., divestments, acquisitions, spin-offs, activist defense). 

Prior to business school, Jigar was a real estate private equity associate at The Carlyle Group and a real estate private equity analyst at Lehman Brothers. 

Jigar received his MBA at Columbia University's Graduate School of Business where he was the recipient of Columbia's Feldberg Fellowship and served as president of the school Art’s and Culture club. Jigar completed his undergraduate at the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University, receiving dual degrees in Finance and International Business.
