JAYME SLOTKIN

Jayme Slotkin is an MBA candidate at Columbia Business School, where she is a Feldberg Fellow. Prior to CBS, she spent four years in buying at Bloomingdale's, working across Cosmetics and Women's Ready-to-Wear, most recently in Women's Denim, where she led merchandising strategy for multimillion-dollar businesses. During her time in Cosmetics, she spearheaded the relaunch of Bloomingdale's haircare category, leading the business case, launch, and flagship pop-up that introduced new brands and drove significant category growth.

Jayme graduated summa cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania with a B.A. in Economics and minors in Consumer Psychology and Mathematics. While at Penn, she served as president of both Sparks Dance Company and Penn Fashion Week.

Outside of CBS, Jayme is an active volunteer with Jewish Women International, where she co-chaired the organization's Women to Watch Gala and volunteers with the National Library Initiative, building libraries in domestic violence shelters to expand access to books for children. In her free time, she enjoys dancing, Broadway musicals, mahjong, and running in Central Park.
