YAMINI JENA
Yamini is an MBA candidate at Columbia Business School and a Feldberg Fellow.
Prior to CBS, Yamini spent four years at Charles River Associates, a global economic consulting firm. As part of the Life Sciences practice's litigation group, she constructed economic analyses to support pharmaceutical clients. In addition to litigation work, she also contributed to health policy projects, supporting pharmaceutical manufacturers in their advocacy efforts on key policy issues. Yamini is passionate about the accessibility of healthcare, specifically for groups and conditions that are underserved in the current treatment landscape.
Yamini is a graduate of Georgetown University, with a Bachelor of Arts in economics and a minor in math. At Georgetown, she was involved in planning new student orientation, worked at the admissions office, and was an undergraduate teaching assistant for the economics department.
She grew up between Basking Ridge, New Jersey, and Hong Kong, where she graduated from high school. In her free time, Yamini enjoys hiking and running, doing the daily crossword, and exploring New York’s incredible restaurant scene.
