TALYA ZALIPSKY

Talya is an MBA candidate at Columbia Business School, where she is a Feldberg Fellow and a Forté Fellow.  Before CBS, as a consultant at ZS Associates, Talya helped pharmaceutical clients solve patient access and affordability challenges through analytics and strategy work. She led nearly 40 projects, including building dashboards, designing access programs, devising organizational structures, and developing pricing recommendations. She also led office pro-bono consulting initiatives and a mentorship program for junior team members.

Talya graduated Phi Beta Kappa from UC Berkeley with a B.A. in Statistics and a Linguistics minor. At Berkeley, she worked as a research assistant under Professor Malmendier in the Department of Economics, supporting experimental design, analysis, and submission preparations. In her free time, Talya loves attending Broadway shows, exploring national parks, and volunteering in her community.
